MY TURN TO BITCH

I'm sure most of you have seen a post on this subject
somewhere in your Internet travels but this time it's
my turn to bitch.
I admit I eat at fast food joints more than I should
but that doesn't mean I agree with their false
advertising bullshit, their liars every fuckin one of
them and below is a perfect example.

Wendy's advertises a double cheese burger for 99 cents,
here is the picture they display in their window.















Looks pretty tasty doesn't it ? Well this is what they
offer so this is what I believe they should deliver.
I've always been under the impression that false
advertising is illegal here in the U.S.A.

So I'd like to know how the hell do they get away
with offering the above and producing the below.

Notice in the picture below the so called "meat" is
only showin on one side, that's because the "meat"
patties are only 2/3rd's the size of the bun.

WHAT A FUCKIN JOKE !
CLEARLY NOT WHAT THE PICTURE ABOVE IMPLIES !















It's not just their "value menu" item's either, even
their "premium" items are lies LIES I SAY !

They are all guilty of this CRIME even Taco Bell,
has anyone ever gotten a taco or burrito from them
that looks anything like their advertisements ?
HELL NO !

To be clear I'm not gonna stop eatin at fast food joints,
it just pisses me off to no end that they get away with
this shit.

If we all would start makin them produce our order
for approval before payin for it so we could reject
it for being far less than what they advertise they
might start doin it right.....who am I kiddin, people
are in far to big a hurry to take the time to make
the fast food giants STOP FUCKIN US !

A note to the fast food employees that put the
sammiches together, it would only take half a
second to spread the pickles out instead of just
ploppin them in one lump...that is when you put
more than just one fuckin pickle slice on.

I DIDN'T GET TO GUT EM !

Those of you who have been droppin into the

Den for a while know that I have been tryin to

find a good Catfish hole close to home, for those

of you who are stoppin in for the first time...

I love fishin and I LOVE CATFISH!

Well I can't find a decent Catfish hole anywhere

nearby and I can't afford the gas to go to the one

Catfish hole I know is a sure thing, it's up on

the Verde River about 75 miles away.

This morning I woke up with a serious cravin

for Catfish so (and Hoosiergirl is gonna love this)

I went to Wal Mart and bought a box of "FROZEN"

Catfish nuggets...sigh.

Even though I didn't catch em, I didn't get to

skin em, I didn't get to gut em, it's still Catfish

and I'll still enjoy it, it just wont taste quite as good

as if I had caught em myself plus there's no tail...

that's right I said TAIL, Catfish tail when cooked

properly is like eatin a Catfish flavored potato

chip mmm good.

So how many ya'll know what I mean about em

tastin better catchin em yourself ?

Mmm Beer, Catfish & Frys....Simple Pleasures.

Mighty damn good even though the Catfish

was store bought.

PIZZA HUT CAN KISS MY ASS !!!

That's right Pizza Hut can kiss my ass. I called
them to order a pizza today, I had a coupon for
a medium 3 topping for $8.99.

My order - Ham & Pineapple and for the third
topping I asked for extra cheese.

The following is my conversation with the
little pizza hut girl.

P.H.G.: you can't get extra cheese as the third
topping I have to charge you $1.50 more for that.

WHAT THE FUCK ! (in my head)

ME: you mean I can have any other topping
including a meat topping and the price stays
the same but if I want some more cheese you
have to charge me an extra buck and a half
even if I don't get a third topping ?

P.H.G.: yes sir it's company policy now we have
to charge for extra cheese, it can't be used to
replace another topping.

ME: Well pizza hut can kiss my ass goodbye.

Pizza Hut has lost my business until
this policy is changed !

I then called Domino's with a coupon for a
medium 3 topping for $9.99 (yes I know it's
a dollar more right off the bat).

Domino's Guy answers and says thank you for
calling Domino's will this be delivery or carry out ?

Carry out I said.

My order - Ham & pineapple and extra cheese
as the third topping.

D.G.: what kind of crust would you like sir?

ME: does deep dish crust cost extra ?

D.G.: Yes sir $1.00.

ME: OK deep dish.

D.G.: OK sir that will be $11.67 and that will
be ready in about 15 minutes.

ME: Thank You...click...I mean blip - cell phone,
heh.

Smoked Venison Burrito's

Well none of ya'll showed up for breakfast
this morning, to bad for ya.

Ingredients - - Smoked Venison, Taters,
Onions, Garlic, Season all, Ground Sage,
Dill Weed...
Add Ortega diced green chili's...

Place in tortilla top with shredded Chedder,
roll and CHOW mmmmmmmmmmm.

The one I have for lunch is going to be even

better cause you know...BEER!

Saturday-Bust / Sunday-Great

Saturday I went to a local pond to do some
catfishin and all I caught was this bait stealing
little fucker, I released him before leaving
the pond.

This was my first time at this pond and it
turns out they post a schedule of when they
stock it.
I talked to a guy who is a regular there
and he said you have to hit the pond on the
weekend they stock it if you want to catch any.

I stuck it out anyway from sunrise to 10 PM,
sorry Metalmom no fried cat pics. this time...

Saturday was a bust.
Sunday I went out to my oldest sisters place to

smoke a Deer Rump. It was my brother in laws

idea but they don't have a smoker so I took

mine out there.

I've never smoked Deer before but I'm happy

to say it came out perfect, tender, juicy, smokey

and DELICIOUS. I forgot my camera so I took

this pic when I got home, doesn't it look yummy?

The best part was I got to spend the day hangin

out with family drinkin Beer and havin fun.

We watched a couple of classic westerns and

some Sci Fi channel. I showed my sister my

blog and some of yours and just enjoyed the day...
Sunday was a Great day.
